Team

06 / 08 · Pick a trail

We are a small team from these mountains: Mountain Rescue members, certified mountain guides and ski instructors, trail runners and people who have spent their lives on these trails. One of us walks with you every day — never a subcontractor you meet for the first time at the trailhead.

Who walks with you

Four roles, one valley

01
Certified · Mountain Rescue

Mountain guide

Plans the day around the weather and the group, reads the sky before breakfast, and decides when a summit is worth it and when it is not. Leads every ridge day personally.

  • Certified mountain guide
  • Mountain Rescue (Salvamont)
  • First aid & rope work
02
Certified instructor

Ski & winter guide

Turns the valley into winter terrain: snowshoe routes, avalanche awareness, and the short daylight planned properly. Also the one who checks your boots before you set out.

  • Certified ski instructor
  • Winter terrain & snowshoes
  • Avalanche awareness
03
Forests, tracks, dawns

Naturalist & trail runner

Knows which scree the chamois prefer and where the bear tracks cross the road at dawn. Runs the wildlife mornings, the foraging walks and the long days when the group wants them.

  • Wildlife & foraging
  • Dawn and dusk watching
  • Long-day pacing
04
The long table

Host & kitchen

Keeps the base running: the beds, the long table, the fire, and a menu built from what the market, the garden and the stână have that week. Nothing on the table travelled further than the valley.

  • Local sourcing
  • Dietary requirements
  • Evenings & campfire

Portraits and full names go up as soon as the team shoot is done — same frame, same light, taken on our own trails. Until then, this is exactly who is on the mountain with you.

How we work

Three rules we don't bend

01

Locals first

Every guide, every kitchen, every bed is from this valley or the villages below it. Your money stays on the mountain that hosted you.

02

Wild, never reckless

We go off the busy paths, not off the safety margin. Weather wins every argument, and the group's slowest member sets the pace.

03

Small or not at all

2–8 people, never merged with strangers. The mountain doesn't scale, and neither does a good campfire.

You'll meet them at the base. Say hello before that:
